It's here! My blog is finally here! I'm so excited, you guys! After learning how to build a website (and still building it), going through college, and having time to write this post while being under self quarantine, my blog is here. To kick things off, let me briefly introduce myself to you.
My name is Kes. I am twenty years old, I am a college student studying photography, and I'm a freelance photographer. I live in upstate New York, but I did live in Cincinnati, Ohio for a little while. I'll tell you why in another post.
I love making art, just about any animal on this earth, watching YouTube and TikTok until I fall asleep with my phone on my face, and Chipotle. I also really love my mom and my fiancé. But, I really hate spiders. They scare the shit out of me. I know they're good for the planet... but they scare me.

Now, let me tell you about what to look forward to in this blog! This blog will be a space that I use to talk about things that have happened in my life, about my photography, and about other works of art I make. Think of this blog as kind of like a sketchbook: you'll see art, you'll see ideas, you'll see thoughts that float around my head, and it might get a little messy. But, that's okay, because humans are messy.
As time goes on, I will adding more and more work to each of the galleries you see under my portfolio. Feel free to leave critiques (but don't hurt my feelings too bad) and to contact me about any questions you may have, things you would like to see, or even just to chat!
I'm so excited to sharing my words, my thoughts, and my art with all of you! This is going to be fun, I can tell. ;)
